Job Description
We are hiring Admin Staff to support our student recruitment and client services. In this role, you will handle day-to-day administrative tasks and act as the first point of contact for students and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients, students, and parents via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with student recruitment by providing program information and guiding through application steps.
• Prepare, review, and maintain student files and required documents.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and interviews.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Ensure professional customer service and smooth office operations.

Qualifications
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is an asset.
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer programs.
• Friendly, professional, and willing to learn.

Compensation & Hours
• Starting wage: $18.00/hour.
• Part-time (minimum 24 hours/week) with potential for full-time (up to 40 hours/week).
