Bilingual Disability Case Analyst/Case Manager

Manulife is hiring a Bilingual Disability Case Analyst/Case Manager — a fully remote role supporting plan members across Canada through illness, injury, and recovery. Blending clinical insight, analytical thinking, and human connection, you'll manage a dedicated caseload, assess claims based on contractual, medical and vocational factors, design recovery and return-to-work strategies, and collaborate with plan sponsors, members, treatment providers and internal partners. Depending on your background, the role may fall within Absence Management Consultative Services (AMCS), Short-Term Disability (STD), or Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims. Requirements include full French/English bilingualism (to support clients outside Quebec), strong decision-making under deadlines, and comfort handling inbound and outbound calls; a healthcare-related background or knowledge of disability management/group benefits is an asset.
