Monitoring Specialist I

TELUS is hiring a Monitoring Specialist I for its Monitoring Station, responding to alarm events (burglary, fire, panic, medical) for residential and business customers and dispatching the appropriate emergency response. Multiple Quebec and other Canadian locations are available. Bilingualism (French/English) is required. Starts at $22.00/hour plus a performance-based bonus, with full paid training provided.
