Bilingual Customer Sales and Service Agent - Call Centre (Vancouver)

Air Canada is hiring Bilingual Customer Sales and Service Agents for its Contact Centre in Vancouver. As often a customer's first point of contact, you'll answer calls promptly and professionally, be a knowledgeable source of information on flights, fares, destinations and special offers, use Air Canada's in-house reservation system to make and modify bookings, and provide timely resolutions to inquiries. This is a full-time unionized position (UNIFOR) with a starting salary of $18.25/hour. You must be available to attend and pass an approximately 12-week full-time paid training program and to work shifts. Candidates must speak English fluently; priority is given to candidates who speak English and French.
