Scotiabank is hiring a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst I within Global Transaction Banking (GTB) in Montreal. In this help-desk role you will provide technical and customer support for a wide range of GBP Cash Management digital banking products to Corporate, Commercial and Small Business clients. Responsibilities include responding to hotline calls, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, telecommunications and procedural issues, liaising with internal departments, supporting the implementation of electronic banking products, and maintaining problem logs to Bank standards. Requirements include strong software and telecommunications troubleshooting skills, a customer-service orientation, and bilingualism in French and English (the successful candidate must communicate in English in addition to French to serve an English-speaking clientele and work with head-office groups). Full-time, office-based in Montreal; the Help Desk operates 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET Monday to Friday.
