Call Center Agent

Air Transat is hiring a permanent, full-time Call Center Agent in Montreal (hybrid option, about 37.5 hours per week on variable shifts). Agents answer inbound calls from customers and travel agents about reservations and flight changes, promote products such as seat selection, baggage and insurance and help customers navigate the websites. Requires at least one year of call-center experience and bilingual French and English, spoken and written; strong French is required for Quebec positions. Starting wage listed at $17.75 per hour.
