Customer Service Representative (ASL 3)

Service New Brunswick is hiring a permanent Customer Service Representative at its Burton service centre. The role provides over-the-counter government services to the public: verifying customer information, processing forms and payments, updating records and cash handling and balancing. Requires high school plus a one-year post-secondary diploma, 3+ years of customer service experience, a valid NB driver's licence and eligibility as Commissioner of Oaths; some evening and Saturday-morning hours. Written and spoken English and French are required. Closes October 12, 2026.
