Travel Partnerships Advisor (Bilingual)

Air Canada is hiring a Travel Partnerships Advisor within its Travel and Loyalty Platforms group, based in Montreal or Toronto. In this role you'll support multiple travel partnerships — assisting with the growth, management and delivery of objectives for new and existing partner relationships across Air Canada and Aeroplan, with a focus on the car rental partnership space. Responsibilities include leading research and analysis for partnership enhancements, business case analysis and commercial modeling, building predictive models, analyzing customer/operational/revenue data, managing partner marketing operations, and collaborating with Digital Product, IT, Finance and Partner Marketing teams. Qualifications include a university/college degree (business, marketing or finance preferred), 3 years of professional experience (airline/loyalty preferred), excellent analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Bilingual English/French preferred. Full-time, hybrid (Montreal or Toronto).
