Bilingual Customer Sales and Service Agent - Call Centre

Air Canada is hiring a Bilingual Customer Sales and Service Agent for its Montreal call centre in Dorval, Quebec. As the first point of contact for customers, you will answer calls promptly and professionally, provide information on flights, fares, destinations and special offers, and manage reservations, sales and refunds. This is a full-time unionized position (UNIFOR) and requires fluency in both English and French. You must be available to complete an approximately 12-week full-time paid initial training program.
